Establishment of the Hunan Provincial Investment Center for China-Africa Economic and Trade Cooperation

By the end of October 2024, Hunan Taoshang Medical Devices Co., Ltd. and the Hunan Provincial China-Africa Economic and Trade Promotion Association reached a cooperation agreement, establishing the Hunan Provincial China-Africa Economic and Trade Promotion Association Investment Center.
The Investment Center mainly provides investment project development, investment strategy and decision support, fund management and raising, and investment risk assessment and management functions for the Hunan Provincial China-Africa Economic and Trade Promotion Research Association and its member units, providing investment support for the comprehensive service system for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation. The Investment Center is an investment service platform for the management of China-Africa economic and trade investment projects and funds, with Hunan Taoshang Medical Devices Co., Ltd. as the specific executing unit.
In future work, the Investment Center will collect and research national investment policies in African countries; collect and analyze investment project information in African countries; plan domestic and foreign fundraising and fund management for African investment projects; provide domestic and foreign investment companies with project risk assessment and planning for interested participating companies; provide project participants with African country investment project plans and implementation; provide project participants with post-investment management information collection and research for African country investment projects; and provide financial, investment, and fund management support for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation investment projects.
Dr. Xiao Jia Yi, President of Taoshang Medical, will serve as the director of the Investment Center. Under the policy guidance of China-Africa cooperation, the Investment Center will join hands with domestic and foreign related enterprises to increase efforts in expanding the African market, actively expanding and cooperating in the fields of medical devices and biomedicine, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results for multiple parties, and enhancing the international influence of Chinese Brands.
